Aracena is perfect for (long) endurance runs in a beautiful setting! Unpaved paths make every workout enjoyable. You can not only vary in the distances but also in the difficulty of the courses.
We provide water and isotonic drinks during long training sessions. There will always be a guide running with you or riding along on the MTB.
If desired, we will also give you advice regarding your running technique.
Running and muscle pain often go hand in hand. With us you can also count on a satisfying massage after your training.
